Since 2005, RelecoGroup has been performing electromechanical after-sales services thanks to technical expertise, specialised, motivated and dynamic staff.

RelecoGroup is a company that specialises in offering after-sales technical support services for the world of domestic appliances and electrotechnical products.

We are a company of seventy people, with fifty-three specialised technicians. Our path is constantly growing and has led us to close 2023 with more than 150,000 technical assistance interventions, always guaranteeing quality, speed and flexibility to all our customers so much so that we have earned 96% customer satisfaction. Our goal is to grow, to innovate technologically by relying on motivated, dynamic and prepared personnel, with the ambition of always increasing the quality of the Service, placing ourselves as the sole interlocutor for our customers in providing a 360° after-sales service.

Our Story
  1. 2005
    • Releco S.r.l (Electronic Spare Parts, Colombo) is established.
  2. 2006
    • Releco becomes authorised CAT for major PED brands such as DeLonghi, Groupe Seb and many others;
  3. 2009
    • Releco is chosen as an after-sales service partner by the Philips-Gaggia-Saeco group;
  4. 2010
    • Miele also chooses Releco as a technical partner;
  5. 2014
    • Releco also opened a branch in Treviglio (Italy), thus guaranteeing customer service even in the southernmost area of the Bergamo province (Italy);
  6. 2017
    • Releco brings together its branches in Azzano San Paolo (Italy) where it will begin to establish itself and establish itself as a B2B reality.This is where Releco began its collaboration with Nespresso and became its authorised technical service centre for Italian market
  7. 2018
    • Start of collaboration with Heineken for technical support of domestic staplers
  8. 2019
    • Releco begins collaboration with Lavazza and Illy Caffè and becomes their Authorised Service Centre for the whole of Italy
  9. 2020
    • We obtain ISO’s certifications in the field of after-sales service for domestic appliances.
  10. 2021
    • We start offering on-site services on professional coffee machines;
  11. 2022
    • Releco Distribution S.r.l was founded, a company specialising in the commercial distribution of accessories, spare parts and complementary items for small household appliances;
  12. 2023
    • We become an Amazon Service Partner for technical support of appliances covered by manufacturer warranty;
  13. 2024
    • Opening of Releco France S.a.s.u in Maurepas, Paris
